CHICLE Class Policies

1. Payment Requirement

• All students are required to submit payment before the start of classes.

2. Group Classes – Attendance Policy

• In a group class setting, make-up or rescheduled sessions are not available.

• If additional support is needed, tutoring may be scheduled at an additional cost.

3. Withdrawal from Group Classes

• If a student withdraws from a group class before the first class session, tuition may be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.

• Any non-refundable tuition may be applied toward a future private or group class.

4. Private Lessons – Cancellation Policy

• Private students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice (the previous business day) to cancel a scheduled lesson.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a one-hour lesson charge.

5. Communication & Quality Commitment

• CHICLE is committed to providing high-quality educational services.

• Students agree to communicate any questions or concerns directly to CHICLE in a timely manner.
