When students register for CHICLE classes, their enrollment includes the following services: 1. Instruction • Live instruction delivered by a qualified CHICLE instructor, either in person or online, as scheduled • Classes conducted according to the scheduled dates, times, and duration of the course • Instruction tailored to the level and focus of the class (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced, medical Spanish, etc.) 2. Course Materials • Instructor-selected learning materials used during class (e.g., handouts, slides, or shared resources). • Students may be asked to purchase a required textbook recommended by the instructor. 3. Learning Environment • Participation in a group learning setting or private lesson format, as registered • Opportunities for practice, questions, and guided discussion during class time 4. Instructor Support During Class • Clarification of course content during scheduled class sessions • Guidance related to course objectives and learning goals 5. Administrative Support • Course registration and enrollment management • Communication related to scheduling, class access, and general course logistics

What Is Not Included Unless explicitly stated in writing, class enrollment does not include: • Make-up or rescheduled sessions for missed group classes • Private tutoring or remedial instruction (available at an additional cost) • Services beyond the scope of the registered class (e.g., translation, interpretation, certification, or evaluation services)

• If a student withdraws from a group class before the first class session, tuition may be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. • Any non-refundable tuition may be applied toward a future private or group class.

• Private students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice (the previous business day) to cancel a scheduled lesson. • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a one-hour lesson charge.

• In a group class setting, make-up or rescheduled sessions are not available. • If additional support is needed, tutoring may be scheduled at an additional cost.

All students are required to submit payment before the start of classes.
