Child Registration Form

Please register your child in advance of attending their first class. Classes must be paid in advance, and the cancellation policy for private classes applies. Please keep this in mind when scheduling.

We'd love to feature your child on our website or Facebook, or in our newsletter or other print advertising. We will never associate their picture with a last name or other personal information. If at any time you'd like us to remove a picture, please let us know. I hereby grant to CHICLE Language Institute the lawful, unrestricted use of any photographs taken of my child for the promotion of the school.

General Policies: I understand that in general CHICLE does not give refunds for paid services. In addition, I understand that CHICLE is committed to providing high quality services and I will communicate any concerns that I have directly to CHICLE. Group Classes: I understand that if I am registered for group classes and I fail to attend a class, that CHICLE does not offer make-up classes nor give refunds. Occasional remedial tutoring sessions can be scheduled at cost if needed. Private Classes: If I am registered for private classes, I must give CHICLE notice by the prior business day if I need to cancel a scheduled session. Failure on my part to give sufficient notice will result in my being charged for the session. I understand that private students are required to pre-pay for classes.
