Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected as part of a form on our website or in person will be held in confidence, and never shared without your permission. Teachers are given contact information for group classes, and registration in a group class is considered permission to release basic information (email address and phone number). Your information will only be used in the course of CHICLE's regular business, and will not be sold or shared with another organization or company.
Documents sent to CHICLE will be held on our server and used only for their intended purpose.

CHICLE uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about our website users through first-party cookies. We use this information to help develop new services and provide the best and most useful information to you - it includes demographic and interest information. However, if you'd prefer to opt out, that's fine! You can choose to opt out through Google's ad settings, Google's opt-out browser add-on, or you can check on your cookie status and opt out here: NAI's Consumer Opt-out page.
Payment & Cancellation Policies
Private classes: All private classes must be pre-paid. Students will be charged one hour for any cancelled classes without notifiying the office by the business day prior (note: for Monday classes, this is before 5:30 on Friday). Please note notice must be given during CHICLE's business hours (9AM-7PM Mon-Thurs, 9AM-5:30PM Fri) and confirmed by a staff member.
Group classes: Group classes must be paid in full one week before class begins. Students who Withdraw from the class before the first class are eligible for a full refund. After the first class, withdrawl will be subject to a non-refundable $100 fee. Refunds will not be given after the third week of a group class. Any non-refundable tuition may be applied to future classes (group or private).
Child group classes: Children's group classes are paid at the start of each month. In order to provide a stable schedule and compensate our teachers fairly, we cannot pro-rate the monthly charges for children's classes.
