Study Abroad

CHICLE can arrange Spanish study for you in Mexico or Costa Rica and Italian study in Siena.

CHICLE's Spanish instruction is excellent but we are, of course, located in North Carolina, where English is the primary language. For those who can spend time in a Spanish-speaking environment, we are happy to recommend these programs.

We have been sending students to the Academia Hispano Americana in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico since 1999.

More recently, we have established a relationship with a program at the Centro Panamericano de Idiomas in Costa Rica. They have three different locations—urban, coast, and mountains. We have visited this school and feel its quality is excellent, and have references from former students. We have a special program for university students during the summer of 2013.

Our latest linkage is to the Scuola Saena Iulia in Siena, Tuscany, Italy. We have many students come to learn a little Italian at CHICLE before they take a trip to Italy. They all want to return, particularly to Tuscany. Here's a great way to do that.
