SUMMER CAMP FOR CHILDREN - 2010

Spanish camps are from 9 am - 12 pm Monday-Friday. Group size is limited to ten children in each session. The cost is $150 per week. This schedule is tentative, based on enrollment.

We are also offering three afternoon session this summer from 1:30-4:30. We offer a French camp from June 21-25, Mandarin from July 12-16, and Portuguese from July 26-30. Depending on who registers, these camps will be for 5-7 year olds or 8-12 year olds.

This year several of our camp sessions will be designed around a jungle theme. This is a really enjoyable way for your children to learn Spanish. Through games that we have developed, music, arts and crafts, and treasure hunts, the children learn the language. Depending on the session your child may be making a mask, a piñata, or a piggy bank among many other crafts. Camps are conducted in Spanish, speaking English only when necessary. Our teachers can work with groups that have children who are beginners and who are bilingual. The children really enjoy themselves, laugh and sing most of the morning (as we who work in the adjoining office can attest to).
